Rapat offers a full line of material handling equipment, including: structural steel trussed, structural steel channel, and enclosed frame belt conveyors, bucket elevators, corrugated sidewall belt conveyors, chain conveyors, and distributors.
We are looking for Fabricators to join our team
Shift:
- Full - time
- 45-hour standard work week
- 1st Shift, 6am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, OT on Friday
Compensation:
- $18 & + per hour - DOE
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand blueprints for fabrication of parts
- Observes operation of equipment and verifies conformance of the work piece to specifications
- Perform tooling changes
- Perform daily inspections and complete routine maintenance
- Assist maintenance and/or service technicians with troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Prepare/stage parts for the next operation
- Remove parts from laser skeletons
- Clean parts as required
- Stage parts based on job number and next operation
- Complete laser operations in E10
- Recycle steel left over from skeletons
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of related education preferred
- One to five (1-5) years of job related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Previous forklift, overhead crane and blueprint experience preferred
