Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
-
5+ years of related engineering experience
-
Proficient in 2D, 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred)
-
Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment
-
Experience working with ERP software
-
Experience with BAQ’s Dashboards and BPM’s
-
C# code familiarity
-
Bartender label printing experience helpful
-
Must be knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other analytical techniques for the development and improvement of facility processes
Job Description:
-
Project planning/job management within ERP software which includes but not limited to developing job traveler’s/routing sheets
-
Monitors production activities to assure established procedures and/or processes are followed
-
Provides support to Product Engineering and Quality Assurance departments
-
Maintain and organize engineering documentation including, but not limited to: blueprints, calculations, testing data, work instructions, job aids, etc.

Identifies, specifies, documents and implements manufacturing procedures, tooling and equipment required to improve efficiency of operation, capabilities, safety and product quality

Develops Queries and Dashboards to be used to help monitor production, inventory and financial data housed within the ERP system

Creates Epicor Customizations in increase efficiency of data entry in the production process
-
Creates BPM’s to create business rules and automation to increase guide best practices and enforce business specific rules
-
Coordinates with 3rd parties or builds integrations to other software interacting with ERP software
-
Helps plan for special circumstances in scheduling that may arise due to any due date requirements

Works with all departments and individuals to create and/or revise Work Instructions

Primary hours are 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
